The Southwestern Writers Collection Book Series originates from the Wittliff Collections, and is dedicated to celebrating the region’s writers and literary heritage. Primarily published by the University of Texas Press, the series editors are Connie Todd (1997–2006) and Steve Davis (2006–ongoing).

Most books are available for purchase through the Wittliff Collections Online Shop. Please note: We are unable to fill orders on holidays and during the university's spring and winter breaks.
