All orders placed after 1:30 p.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day. You will be notified if an item you’ve purchased is placed on backorder.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.25% must be applied to all orders, even if the order is shipped out of state.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Packages are shipped FedEx Ground. A street address and working phone number are required for all shipments.
Please allow approximately 10 days for shipping, although most orders will arrive sooner. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please call 512.245.2313; we can track your shipment through FedEx Ground.
In-State shipping begins at $7.50 for the first item and increases $2.00 for each additional item.

Out-of-State shipping begins at $10.00 for the first item, and increases $2.50 for each additional item. We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time or shipping outside of the U.S.
Return + Exchange Policy
All returns or exchanges must be completed within 45 days of order date and must be accompanied by a receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be in the original packaging.
If you receive a damaged item, please return it to us and you will not be charged shipping for your replacement. We cannot ship a replacement item until the damaged one has been received. Sale items are nonreturnable unless damaged.

The Wittliff Collections does not sell photographs, but we are happy to assist by putting you in touch with the galleries who sell the works of artists represented in our holdings. Please call 512.245.2313 for assistance.
